SEMI PRIVATE
Semi Privates can be booked with up to 6 athletes. Semi Private sessions are similar to 1 on 1 sessions with the focus being on the development of the athlete.
GROUP SESSIONS
Come get some work with a group of QBs where more of the focus is on drill work and game simulated situations to prepare you for game day.

V.A.P PROGRAM
Velocity Arm Care Performance is a 10 week (20 Session) Program for the physical body development of the Quarterback. This program will develop; increasing velocity, arm strength, arm flexibility, grip strength, hip flexibility, quickness & reaction overall upper & lower body strength. Each session is 2 hours long with youth coming in first then followed by the HS group. Each session includes a group QB session followed by a position specific performance workout.

EFT Sports Performance Partnership
EFT Sports Performance will be the lead instructors on the performance trainer side of the V.A.P Program. We will also partner with EFT Football Academy for Youth, & HS Group.
FILM STUDY
Struggling to understand what's in front of your pre-snap & post-snap? Do you understand coverage, weaknesses in the zone & where to go versus the blitz? Do you understand the space the defense is giving you on the field? Is reading the defense second nature?
Learn how to watch film with Coach Dawkins. He will cover basic football knowledge as well as base defenses, coverages, pressures (blitz), & play recognition. He will also instruct how to read universal pass concepts used at all high levels of football.
